Internet/TV Service

AT&T provides fiber to the building (and discounted mobile options for combined billing). Tenants can sign up for service directly with AT&T and use streaming apps or live tv plans through their options.

Pets

We are a pet friendly community. There are additional pet fees along with breed and weight limits. Please contact for details.

Utilities

Electric, Water & Garbage are handled by the City of Monticello and billed individually to each tenant. Tenants will have their own trash receptacle for weekly pickup.
