Each person over 18 must fill out an application for background checks. You may leave a note on the applications as to which person or peoples income is to be considered. There is a $45 fee per person over the age of 18 that is paid directly to the credit/background check provider in the applicaton link. Monticello Ridge does not collect this fee.
